is a one-session dungeon for FLAIL! built around a simple idea: go up, or don’t. Every step is unstable. Every shortcut is a gamble. The faster you climb, the more the mound pushes back.

There’s no careful mapping here. No safe rooms. Just shifting ground, half-dead things, and the constant feeling that the whole place might give way under your feet. You’ll make choices on the fly, deal with the consequences, and probably lose something along the way — gear, footing, maybe a character.

The dungeon is structured as a vertical crawl with a push-your-luck core. You can take it slow and survive a little longer, or force your way upward and risk everything for momentum. Encounters are quick, swingy, and meant to resolve fast, in true FLAIL fashion.
